V & G Company accepts exchanges within fifteen calendar days of delivery. All items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and unwashed. Customers should contact our official support team to receive return instructions and the delivery address. Once the returned item has been received and verified, a replacement product will be sent. Exchange shipping costs arising from changes in size, colour, or personal preference are the customer’s responsibility. However, if the exchange is due to a store error or a defective product, all related costs will be covered by V & G Company.
