Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If a product is faulty, incorrect, or does not meet expectations, customers may request a return within seven calendar days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within seven working days through the original payment method. In cases of proven defect or dispatch error, all return shipping costs will be fully covered by V & G Company. Requests made after the allowed period or without valid proof of defect may be declined.
